CANAPES – POP ON A PLATTER

Isle of Wight Biltong is really best eaten on its own to enjoy the taste of the beef with its tang of vinegar and touch of spices.

Simply empty the packet into a small ramekin and enjoy with a glass of wine or beer as a pre meal appetiser.

However, if you want to make a packet go further then spread some cream cheese onto small crackers and top with a piece of biltong and garnish with your favourite herb.
