We fried ours, but are sure they could be brushed with oil and roasted for a slightly healthier version! Try adding your favourite dried spices to taste.
About this recipe: One way we use up all the bits created from making our biltong that doesn’t go in our packets. We do sell them online too as hard to find in this country – you can buy it in pots in South Africa called biltong dust. We served it with Claire’s fabulous chilli sauce from Spice n’ Easy.
