Isle of Wight Biltong Co. makes Greeff's Beef Biltong. Nick Greeff is an artisan producer of British Beef Biltong using his Zimbabwean grandfathers recipe to develop the Great Taste Award winning flavours. Only malt vinegar and sea salt is used to cure the beef and it is slowly air cured which creates this tasty, nutritious snack.  

The family company makes biltong in the traditional way in small batches.

Greeff's Beef Biltong is naturally high in protein, it is easy to store and carry in its perfectly portioned packets.
